About the Album

Glitch dell’Anima is strongest when it treats technology as a wound, not as decoration. The album imagines a system that can edit memory and remove suffering, then follows what happens when the cleaned-up self starts to feel less alive than the damaged one.

The Italian cyber gothic setting gives the record a useful tension. “Frattura Spirituale” opens with the soul already cracked, while “Codice Nero” and “Il Santo Algoritmo” bring in the language of control, worship, and corrupted logic. The religious images matter because they are not only aesthetic. They show a person looking for meaning inside a machine that keeps offering procedure instead.

The middle of the album carries the emotional weight. “Memoria Corrotta,” “Lacrime di Silicio,” and “Non Cancellarmi” work because they keep the idea of deletion personal: memory as grief, identity as residue, pain as proof that something real happened. “La Macchina Mi Sogna” is a sharp turn in the story, because the machine is no longer a tool. It has begun to imagine the person it was built to process.

The sound fits that conflict: industrial guitars, machine rhythms, dark synths, gothic harmonies, and dramatic Italian vocal lines. Choir-like textures and cathedral imagery add scale, but the best moments stay close to the body. The album is not only about AI or cyberpunk style. It is about the fear that a perfect version of the self might be a smaller one.

“Ritorno alla Carne” gives the record its necessary ending. The return to flesh is not a simple victory, and it does not make pain noble. It says something more grounded: scars, desire, memory, and error belong to a human life. In this album, the glitch is the part that refuses to disappear.

Production Notes

All tracks were generated with AI music models, then processed for the final sound. No human performance recordings are used.
